Welcome to our new webpage! 

We would like to thank our webmaster and info team who have worked hard to bring some long overdue updates, as we continue to modernize our way of communicating.

As we approach Pennsic 50, it is important to stay tuned as we will be sharing information that you’ll want and need to know to enhance your experience. This includes revised rules, updated event hours, and Troll opening and closing times. We appreciate everyone’s patience as, with any volunteer organization, we work around people’s limited spare time to make these updates happen.

Feel free to contact me or our staff with any questions you may have. Your inquiries will not only help us provide you with answers but will also inform us of any necessary additions or corrections to the website.

Pennsic Emergency Number

If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911

The emergency number for Pennsic is 878-244-0745. This number is only active during Pennsic. Please tell people left at home to call only in emergencies. Callers must leave a message with your full modern name, your SCA name, the name of the group you are camping with, and the block number. (Make sure they know how to spell all these names!)

We can only attempt to deliver a message in the event of an extreme emergency. Otherwise, we simply post the name of a message’s intended recipient on the board in front of Info Point. Please be sure to check the board regularly. If you have reason to believe that people at home will need to reach you for non-emergency reasons, we suggest you regularly phone them to check in, rather than telling them to call the emergency number.

SCA Bullying Policy

THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.

Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions. If you are subjected to harassment, bullying, or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
