All Fighters, Combat Archers, and Siege Engineers must have their authorization cards with them at Pennsic. No card, no participation, no exceptions!!!
You must present your card when you are inspected, along with your site medallion and a photo id.

they will assist you.
Scheduling Battlefield Activities
If you wish to use the battlefield or the Fort for any activity, you must contact the Battlefield Scheduler before July 15th.

Additional details about martial activities and the battlefield schedule will be posted here as Pennsic approaches.
Inspection
Plan on getting inspected early to help ease the workloads of our
marshals. Or, please consider volunteering to help out with inspections!
Inspection Point will be open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesday, Aug 1 through Friday, Aug 10 (ending 15 minutes before Friday's final battle).
The tent will close 15 minutes before each mass battle, 30 minutes before the woods battle, to allow time for everyone to get to the battlefield on time.
It will remain open during the Champions' Battles at the discretions of the Earls Marshal of the East and the Middle,
provided there are sufficient volunteers.
