Arts & Sciences Display

Table space will be assigned to those who pre-register in the order they are received, as we cannot guarantee space for everyone.

On-line pre-registration: has closed.

Pre-registration at Pennsic: Please come to University Point (see map) to fill out a form prior to the day of the Display.

Those who register on-line or at Pennsic will be served with a special Express Check-in Line on the day of the display.

At-the-door registration: Anyone signing up on the day of the Display will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.

• Display space in the barn is organized by Kingdom, so the Royalty, Peers and Populace of a particular Kingdom may more easily view the efforts of their craftspeople.

• Tables will be provided for displaying entries (some are picnic tables).

• Space limitations require artisans to share tables – each artisan will have a total 9 square feet (a 3' x 3' area) of table space.

• If you require a larger space, please bring your own table. You may also bring stands, easels, dress forms, tablecloths and other methods to display your work.

• You may display documentation along with your work, but it must also fit within your alloted area.

• Artisans displaying garb have the option of wearing the outfit, in order to display the garments properly.

• Artisans planning to stay with their displays are encouraged to bring a chair. Please prepare for the possibility of inclement weather when planning your display, in order to protect your work.

• Artisans are not required to be present for the entire time. If you can only be there for a part of the day, we still thank you for sharing your knowledge. However, please arrange for someone to watch your items when you cannot be there. The staff cannot take responsibility for them.
