Arts & Sciences Display

Monday, August 6th
10 am to 3 pm

Pennsic 41 will see the 15th annual display of the talents and knowledge of the Known World's Artisans and Craftspeople!

People from all over the world have put hours, weeks, and months of effort into making objects, and then even more effort to bring these objects to Pennsic. The populace is invited to come view all the very different areas of interests and knowledge in our wonderful Society!

This is not meant to be a competition. Items on display are not always finished – some are works in progress, and some are just representations of what someone knows and does. You may see something that you want to start investigating, or find someone who has more knowledge in a field you are already interested in. You might even be able to share some knowledge or resources with those that are displaying!

Time & Place

The Arts & Sciences Display will be held on Monday, August 6th, in the barn behind the camp store.

8:30 am: Artisans set up their entries

10 am to 3 pm: the Display is open to the public

3 to 4 pm: Break down displays
Participants must have their objects/displays out by 4 pm, when we hope you will help us take down all the tables and return the barn to its empty state.
Any displays left in the barn will be turned over to Lost and Found and can be retrieved there.

Registration

While online pre-registration is strongly encouraged, we understand that it is not always possible, so registration forms will also be available at Pennsic University Point.

Table space will be assigned to those who pre-register in the order they are received, as we cannot guarantee space for everyone.

On-line pre-registration: has closed.

Pre-registration at Pennsic: Please come to University Point (see map) to fill out a form prior to the day of the Display.

Those who register on-line or at Pennsic will be served with a special Express Check-in Line on the day of the display.

At-the-door registration: Anyone signing up on the day of the Display will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.
