Martial Activities

Greetings from Captain Cydrych Clutorix, Deputy Mayor of Martial Activities for Pennsic 37.

Authorization Deadlines: All fighters and scouts who wish to participate in the battles must have a primary authorization by July 19 (the last week prior to the beginning of Land-grab weekend). Secondary authorizations can take place at Pennsic before the first battles of the war begin. Kingdoms wishing to authorize fighters in secondary authorizations must have a marshal present at the Marshals' Point, with the required paperwork for their Kingdom.

Inspection: Combattants should plan on getting inspected early to help ease the workloads of our marshals, or think about volunteering to help out in the process. All Fighters, Combat Archers, and Siege Engineers must carry their authorization cards with them at Pennsic. No card, no participation, no exceptions!!!

Once again there is no parking/driving on the battlefield. Please make arrangements and plan ahead for getting fighters, gear, water, etc. up to the field for battle days. Parking or stopping along Currie Road is not an alternative.

The policy for placing tents on the battlefield can be found on the Battlefield Usage page.

During Pennsic, please check the signboards for any changes to the battle/tourney schedules.

If you need to locate a member of the Battlefield or Martial Staff, stop by Information Point and they will assist you.

Have fun and play hard,

Cydrych
Deputy Mayor of Martial Activities
