Tent Rental Procedures
Individuals:
If you are arranging for a
tent rental company to put up a tent for you, please provide your Land Agent
with the following information:
Contact info:
- Modern name under which items are being rented/purchased
- SCA name
- On-site contact person if different from above
- Cell phone number
- Group camping with
- Block number
- Your arrival date
Rental info:
- Item description (include tent size)
- Name of the Rental Company & their contact info
- Rental contract ID or reference number
It is important that your land agent has ALL of this information available at landgrab, so that
the Off-site Vendor Coordinator can coordinate with the respective companies and arrange a schedule for tent setup.
Land Agents:
After landgrab, please find the Off-site Vendor Coordinator located in the Barn and give us the tent rental information so that we can start scheduling immediately.
Once the schedule is drawn up, it will be available at Information Point. The Off-site Vendor Coordinator can be contacted via Information Point as well.
